Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (Wag / Squad) is a real athletic sport that develops strength, agility, coordination, flexibility, spatial awareness, technique, strength, work ethic skills and discipline in a friendly environment.
This is a great class for women gymnasts aged 6 years and above looking to develop and learn all the skills in the national levels program. Gymnasts enrolled in this class also qualify to compete in local and regional competitions as well as state and country championships.
